Former grain mill housing Shetland's first purpose-built gallery showing local, national and international exhibitions of art and craft. Also café and gallery shop.  Situated on the west side of Shetland, Weisdale Mill was once part of the estate of Flemington known today as Kergord. Open year round. Closed one week per month for rehanging.

Launched in 2013, Lerwick Brewery began on the back of three brothers who, in their search for an alternative lager after becoming bored with the usual offerings, brewed its first ever batch of 60° North. The islands' one-of-a-kind blend of mild winters and cool summers, clear water and crisp, fresh air has allowed them to develop a family of stand-out beers – 60° North Lager, Skipper’s Ticket, Tushkar Oatmeal Stout, Lerwick IPA, Azure, Blindside Black IPA, and the list keeps growing with seasonal specials and one-off brews. The Speldiburn Café, located within the former primary school on the island of Bressay, offers freshly made lunchtime specials and tasty soups, toasties and paninis along with homemade scones and cakes, soft drinks, teas and lovely Bean Shop coffee. Opening hours during summer are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 11am-3pm and Saturday 9.30am-3pm. The adjacent exhibition spaces showcases local and visiting artists whilst local crafts are for sale. There is also a Good As New shop and a community lending library. Speldiburn Cafe is run by Bressay Development Ltd, an organisation formed in 2014 to secure and sustain a vibrant future for Bressay, with an active, connected, thriving and resilient community
