Shetland Walking and Wildlife have launched a series of one-off special walks and workshops for the spring and summer. Business owner Graham Uney usually focuses on a rolling weekly programme of exciting Wild Walks around Shetland, taking small-groups of walkers to some of the wildest and most remote corners of the archipelago.

However, Graham has developed some new ideas for individual events that he's now offering as Special Adventures.

Ever wanted to explore the island of Vementry, or perhaps discover the wildlife of Papa Stour? What about a walking tour of the Skerries, or a night-time ascent of Ronas Hill to celebrate the simmer dim? Well, now you can enjoy these exciting events in the company of a full qualified walking and wildlife guide.

Dates for these walking events are limited (see below), so book early – for these events this is the only opportunity you'll get to do them this year!

20th April Papa Stour £95 (inc. guide and ferry)

18th May Papa Stour £95 (inc. guide and ferry)

19th May Vementry £95 (inc. guide and chartered boat)
