The Shetland Food Festival, which will take place from 5th-13th November, is now taking shape as the event programme is firmed up.
Highlights for the 2011 festival will include:
- Cookery demonstrations by visiting and local chefs and the popular Ready, Steady, Shetland in the Food Theatre
- Producers' Market
